Tour Booking
Private Tour Booking
We charge a 20 % downpayment from the total cost to book the tour. We will send you the tour confirmation after the payment.
Cancelation must be done two weeks before the tour start date via email. Otherwise, a refund is not possible. Refunds can be done only via Western Union or Wire Transfer to your bank account. All refund commissions are paid by the client.
Group Tour Booking
If you are joining a group to share the cost of the tour or other services, then we charge a 30 % downpayment from your share.
Cancelation must be done three weeks before the tour start date via email. Otherwise, a refund is not possible. Refunds can be done only via Western Union or Wire Transfer to your bank account. All refund commissions are paid by the client.
Payment
– pay with cash when you arrive at the destination.
You can pay with cash at our offices. Please, bring new and big banknotes of USD or Euros since our banks take the small banknotes at a lower rate.
– wire transfer it to our bank account via the SWIFT money transfer system.
Wire transfer via a SWIFT money transfer system takes 3 to 10 days for the transfer to arrive. It usually arrives less than the full amount due to commissions from intermediary banks on the way. The intermediary bank charges from 10 to 35 USD. Please, take into account intermediary bank charges. Here are our bank details:
