Payment and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Visit Alay for your travel experience. To ensure a smooth booking process, please review the following information about our payments and refund policies.

Deposit Payment

How Much is the Deposit?

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit in order to secure your place and allow us to begin preparing for your trip. We will send you the tour confirmation after we receive the deposit payment.

  • Private tours: 20% deposit of the total cost of the private tour.
  • Group tours: USD 100 deposit per person.
  • Pamir Highway Guaranteed Departures: full payment

How Can I Pay the Deposit?

The deposit is due when confirming your booking. We will send you a link to pay the deposit online by credit card or bank account via WeTravel, a safe and trusted way to make online payments. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your tour begins.

How Can I Pay the Final Payment?

We accept the following payment methods for the final payment so you can choose which option is most convenient for you:

  • Online via WeTravel. We will send you a link with the final payment amount and you can choose to pay by credit card (3+ % charge) or bank account (1-2% charge).
  • By credit card in our office in Osh or Bishkek (approx. 3% charge).
  • By cash in our office in Osh or Bishkek. Please bring new large denomination banknotes (50s or 100s) of USD or EUROS since our banks offer lower rates for smaller banknotes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellations with a refund must be done via email three weeks before the tour start date. Otherwise we cannot issue a full refund. Refunds are only issued via WeTravel. All refund costs are paid by the client.
