Private Tour Booking

We charge 20 % of total cost to book the tour. We will send you tour confirmation after the payment.

Cancelation must be done two weeks before the tour start-date via email. Otherwise, refund is not possible. Refunds can be done only via Western Union or wire transfer to your bank account. All refund commissions are paid by client.

Group Tour Booking

It is for those who wants to join a group to share the cost of transport or other services. We charge 30 % deposit from your share. The amount of your share will be depend on how many people are traveling in a group. For example, you will pay 350 USD from the 1400 USD as a total cost of 7 days tour if there are four people in a group. So, the 30 % of 350 USD will be 105 USD. You will pay this amount to book your seat in group. The rest you will pay on start-date.

In case, you cancel the tour, then the 30 % deposit will not be returned or reimbursed. The reason is that we can’t find other people to join a group in a short notice.
